OVERVIEW

Stone Built, with wheelchair access. Situated in the heart of site Foot Holiday Park next to the Shop and tennis court with bar and restaurant opposite. Accommodating six people, one double en-suite/wet room, with king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, bathroom with shower cubicle WC and basin.

This detached bungalow is ideally located on Park foot holiday park to enjoy all the facilities close at hand being next to the shop, close to the club house and overlooking the tennis/basketball/football court. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard with wheelchair access and wet room which makes the property ideal for those with limited mobility, it comprises:

Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with smart TV electric fire and dining table.
Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, underfloor heating.
Double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite wet room with shower, WC and hand basin.
2 Twin bedrooms
Bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, hand basin & WC..

Properties are available for occupation from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

A £100 damages deposit is payable on booking. This is refunded after check out, providing the property is left in a respectful condition.

Properties are accessed by key codes which are situated outside the properties. These are emailed out at 5.00pm on the day of arrival.

A 50% deposit is payable on booking

All properties are fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils, pillows, duvets and linen.

Kitchens contain a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and kettle.

Living rooms have smart TV’s. Bathrooms with bath/shower WC, basin, shaver point, and heated towel rail.

All properties are now available to book either Friday-Friday, Friday – Monday or Monday – Friday.

POOLEY BRIDGE

Penrith 6 miles.

The village of Pooley Bridge is at the northern extremity of the lake, just one mile from Park Foot. The new stainless steel bridge straddles the River Eamont as it flows out of Ullswater. It is overlooked by Dunmallard Hill which was the site of an Iron Age fort. For much of its length Ullswater forms the border between the ancient counties of Cumberland and Westmorland. .

					Absolutely love this place with a passion amazing facilities and on on the waters edge making it perfect to stay and launch my boat to the lake. This is one of my two all time favourite sites across whole of the UK.

					just left park foot after 4 nights and had a great time. we were 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and stayed on the euseriggs field which was perfect for us as plenty of space for the kids to play. the toilet block on the field is fine for basic needs, and the shower block was only a few minutes walk further. we went even further into the site and used the new block by the shop and they were fantastic, so once the new block they're building opens near euseriggs field it will be perfect. The kids really enjoyed the parks and we ate at TJ restaurant one night and was pleasantly surprised, The food was really good. the location is superb, a few minutes walk to the lake and 10 minutes walk to pooley bridge. there were a few groups on our field which surprised me as the website was pretty clear that no more than 2 families could book together, but security was great, round at 11 to ask people to be quiet and then staff round in the morning to check no one had snuck onto site. we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, especially when the new toilet block is finished

					Just back from 4 nights on lakeside. Fabulous site, clean, affordable, great amenities and beautiful views. My son was over the moon to meet fellow EBT owners and the bullies themselves jay jay and brodie. Will definitely be back

					Fabulous site. Facilities are cleaned regularly, pitches are very spacious.Never heard any noise after 11pm.The shop is very well stocked and if you have forgotten anything this shop will have it. Booked TJs for food on the Saturday evening, lovely food. Short walk/drive from Sandall area to the lakeside, you can take your own paddleboards etc. Very close to Pooley Bridge where there is plenty of shops and pubs. We had the best time and will come for longer on our next trip. Thanks very much

					we have been many times and always enjoyed. Today 26/4 my son & his family were all ready to set off for a weekend they were really looking forward to when their campervan developed serious fuel leak & couldn't get a part. They phoned straight away to let Campsite know and they wouldn't help in slightest, wouldn't allow to transfer dates, let someone go in their place or anything. so unhelpful even on explaining what had happened. unlikely to recommend or visit again

					 Beautiful well maintained family run site with many great facilities, including a lovely bar & restaurant in a perfect location in Pooley Bridge next to Ullswater. We’ve stayed there twice & already booked to go back next year.

					 Lovely friendly family site. Great facilities and so handy for the lake. Can highly recommend JJs restaurant! Some many wonderful views and plenty of walking and biking around.

					 We absolutely love coming to parkfoot! Loads for the kids to do & the park is fab for them to safely be playing. Always stay right next to the lake for easy access with the paddleboards.
