All the holiday homes for sale on our Lake District caravan park possess unique features, such as elevated positions, individual screening with trees and some have views over the picturesque Lake Ullswater. We offer both new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale, with our new holiday homes ranging from £55,000 to £265,000. The availability of pre-owned pitches is rare, due to the prime location of Park Foot, but if you speak with our team we will inform you when one of the pre-owned holiday home pitches become available. On average these range from £30,000.

The Park is open all year round, so you can enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer throughout the spring, summer and autumn seasons.

Holiday home pitch fees start from £3,570 to £6,000 for the year. Rates are included in the fees and electric is extra, detailed by meter readings and charged at the end of the season.

We help to arrange insurance from Compass on a ‘New for Old’ basis with group policy annual renewal date: 1st November, can be taken out pro-rata at point of sale. Park Foot Holiday Park is an Appointed Representative of Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN number 412117. Compass Insurance is a trading name of Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company Number: 11429456 at Registered address: 7 Pullman Court, Great Western Road, Gloucester GL1 3ND. Bspoke Lifestyle Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN Number: 820727.

Bottled gas can be exchanged at Reception and delivery can also be arranged. We do not allow sub-letting, but friends and relatives are welcome to stay. Owning a holiday home at Park Foot entitles you to free Lake access and entrance to our on-park TJ’s Restaurant/bar. We now have WIFI that has been distributed around the park.  Holiday home owners can sign up for this and have WIFI in their holiday home. £15 per month for 15Mbps.

We believe the quality of our holiday homes, combined with our location on the banks of Ullswater, provide the opportunity for you to buy one of the best static caravans in the Lake District.

On a lovely elevated pitch, midway up the park with great views of Lake Ullswater and surrounding fells.
