We have a few house rules to ensure everyone enjoys themselves!

• We are a family park only and do not accept groups.
• Check in is from 12 noon until 8pm. Check out is 11am.
• In order to provide a peaceful night for all, no noise is permitted between 11pm and 8am. Persons making excessive noise at any time will be asked to leave the park, without refund.
• Vehicles must be parked up at your pitch for the duration of your stay. They should not be used for trips to the toilet/showers, shop or restaurant. 
• Any noise complaints must be raised at the time of your stay, please call 017684 86309 to report to the warden when the office is closed.
• No electric scooters permitted on the park.
• Please pitch 6 metres from your neighbour.
• Open fires are not allowed on the park. Portable BBQs are permitted, but stands must be used. Fire pits; can be used but must be kept 3m from your unit and 6m from neighbours, raised from the ground and not burning the grass, do not burn anything other than hardwood, no paper or cardboard, to be put out at quite times, and please be considerate of neighbours with where wind blows smoke. For your own safety, gas bottles and BBQs must not be used in tents or awnings.
• The use of generators are not permitted on the park at any time.
• Permission must be sought by management before flying drones.
• No firearms, offensive weapons or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the park.
• No swings to be erected on the park.
• The destruction of trees, shrubs, or wildlife is strictly forbidden.
• There is a strict speed limit of 10mph on the park. Only holders of a full driving licence shall drive a vehicle on the site. Highway code applies.
• Dogs are welcome at Park Foot but must use the designated exercise area, clean up after your dog and do not leave your dog unattended at any time. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. We reserve the right to require that the owner remove the pet from the Park if it causes a nuisance or danger to other guests.
• No unlawful drugs may be used, or any criminal activities to take place at Park Foot.
• Whilst alcohol is permitted, it may only be consumed on your pitch or in TJ’s. Please do not walk around with open cans, bottles & glasses. Anyone acting in an unruly or aggressive manner will be asked to leave the park.
• Children must be supervised and not cause a nuisance or danger to themselves or others.
• No sky lanterns are permitted.
• The launching and storage of jet skis is not allowed.
• While the company will do their best to satisfy customer requirements, the company at their discretion reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so cancelled.
• Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
• Please only book and pay for your intended nights stay, as there will be no refunds due to weather conditions or any reason, other than Park Foot cancelling your booking.
• Any dissatisfaction must be raised with our team during your stay; any complaints made at a later date cannot be taken further.
• Please do not book if you cannot adhere to our rules.
